I Dreamt of the grim reaper or death?

Perhaps it wasn't a dream but you astral projecting out of your body during the night, why it looked dark, and also perhaps you had some type of communication with a spirit that is there. The pain was you coming to, caught half way in that stage.......or it was just dreams, and spirits do communicate using dream form.
