Why do I read so many Narnia fanfics about Lucy falling for Mr. Tumnus, and vice-versa?

I don't know but that is creepy as hell. I absolutely hated the scene in the film where Lucy first meets Mr. Tumnus and he is trying to make her fall asleep. Goodness, it seemed like it would escalate into something ual.
