Should I go on this trip w/ this guy? Need advice.?

I am currently single. I was asked by a guy friend of mine that I've basically grown up w/ (consider him as my brother) to go on a business trip abroad. I'd love to go, but I don't want to blow it w/ this other guy that I really like. We started out as friends, but recently things started to get a little more intimate and less platonic. I haven't seen him lately, so I'm not sure of what will happen. Do you think that it's bad if I go on this trip?
