Okay, you no how this is Ash Wndesday.........?

So today, at recess some people still had ashes on, and this guy yells to a girl in my grade "Hey (name) you have a big ash!" I know he means you have a big as*. And she is popular, so he Probably ment it as a joke but, I think it sounds mean, but do you think it's also a little offensive to the Church? I kind of do.....
