Why don't I see as much good looking black women women in the Tri State Area?(PHI,DE, NJ)?

I would not put it that bad.... However, the number of model Quality females is a bit slim. Being 60 miles from the ocean , perhaps the need to fit a bikini is not as high? Cheesteak places on every corner don't help either.
