Would these specs for this laptop be good for gaming?

just make sure you get the optional 5470 graphics card. if you get the standard intel HD it wont play games. and the ATI 5470 is not 1Gb its only 512Mb. i have the same card and plays new games on medium setting fine. and old games maxed out.
