What grade would you give your favorite teams draft day?

I'm a Miami fan. I'd give them an A-, because they addressed there big man woes with Beasley, who will start immediately and might be an all-star right away, and got a couple of solid players in Chalmers, who could very well be our starting PG, and Darnell Jackson who will be a solid back-up
