Christmas Craft ideas for all age groups?

I get together each year with all my nieces and nephews for Christmas crafts. We have made clothespin soldier ornaments, gingerbread houses, hand-painted ornaments, and candy cane reindeer with pipe cleaner antlers. The group ranges in age from 7 to 19 so the crafts need to be interesting enough for the older ones and easy enough for the younger ones. Any ideas?
