Couldn't Iran just bomb the new US proposed radar site in Czech, and then launch a missile when it's broken?

The U.S. is building a radar site in the Czech republic to monitor and triangulate missiles from the Middle East heading for Europe. Couldn't Iran or one of their allys just do a kamikaze mission into the Radar, or just bomb it conventionally, and then launch a missile immediately afterwards?
