She says she loves me but not "in love" whith me, what does that mean?? help?

we have been going out for a long time and are really close and still very affectonate i dont understand. we were talking about "us" one day and she said she loves me but not "in love" whith me yet, what does that mean?? (healp from chick preferably or expierienced guy.) plz hlp
