TIME Magazine Reward Claim Services?

Well I've been subscribed to TIME Mags for quite a period of time, and noticed they mailed me a letter with a $183.00 check that can only be used for the item brochure list. The items on the list have prices though. Does this mean I can pick those items and not pay anything except as long as my I dont exceed $183?
