What is the best tried and true chocolate cake recipe??for friend's b-day?

I have the most awesome chocolate cake recipe, you don't even need to use a mixer when making this one. It's my favorite! Sooooo moist you could actually eat it without frosting. I've made this many times. Instead of typing the entire recipe with the possibility of it not being chosen if you email me I will happily send it to you, write it out.
