Where to find these ethnic buffet (or similar) restaurants in the Greater Toronto Area (Ontario Canada)?

I am a former chef an live in the downtown area, and have yet to find many of those you listed, now I go to Indian and Chinese places around town, in the north part of town there are a few Italian ones, but the other are not as easy to find or work out, as there food is not set up for a buffet, now some of them my in the social gathering or churches have pot luck lunches, and some of the hotels do have special occasion brunch buffet and some do a regular Sunday one.
