And my old crochet hook I use for making doilies is IMIA 7 (0.95mm). I already looked it up in the available crochet hooks conversion charts in the internet and it seems those don't tally with the measurements of the hooks I have. Losing my girlfriend to J1 visa trip?

My girlfriend left for the states on a J1 for 2 months. She was never looking forward to going and didnt wanna leave when the time came. We're crazy about each other but I promised her things would be ok. For the first week she said she didnt like it and missed me too much. The second week she was ok and started to settle in so i was happy if she was. We only get to talk when we text at night and its a five hour difference from where she is. I have a question for regular Christian church goers?

My church studies the whole Bible. The Bible is a prophetic book. When we look back at history to see how God has led in the past, we can have hope for the future. Many focus on the gruesome death that Jesus died up on the cross. What was crushing Jesus was wearing our names with all of our sins. He felt all of our guilt, embarrment, humiliation, and shame. God loves the sinner but He hates how sin causes us to pull away from His love and Himself. God is jealous for our affection. I believe that Jesus died once, and spilled His blood once, for my salvation up on the cross. The communion bread, and the fresh new unfermented g juice of the vine are symbolic of what Christ did for me 2000 years ago. My church encourages us to keep our eyes focused up on Jesus, the author and the finisher of our faith. Romans 5 tells us that Jesus died for us while we were sinners, ungodly, enemies, and without strength. Romans 6 tells me that because Jesus died and was resurrected I can have everlasting life in Him. 1Corinthians 2:16 tells us that we can have the mind of Christ dwelling in us. Submitting our wills to Him is our source of strength. The cross is a daily reminder to me of why I need the Savior. Jesus wore plenty of my stupid stuff up there all of those years ago. I still find myself cringing after doing stupid stuff, that I know better than to do. My church is focused on Jesus, and the plan of salvation for each one of us. We are looking forward to the return of Jesus, coming as a groom for His bride. He has gone to prepare for us a place, that where He is, there we may be also. I don't know what stations of the cross are, unless it is a system of salvation by works. In faith the children of God offered the spotless, firstborn, male lamb as it pointed to Jesus the ultimate sacrifice. Now in faith I look backward to the cross and see my salvation paid in full. History 5%, Daily Application 65%, Future 30 % It's hard to break it down, as because of what Christ has done and is doing for us, we live daily in service to others and in relationship with Jesus, looking for forward to the second coming of Christ.

Help me diagnose my FIBROMYALGIA!?

At the risk of becoming one of those people doctors hate (you know, the ones who diagnose themselves with some sort of horrible life threatening disease, but upon seeing their doctor it's really just a papercut..), I've been doing a lot of research lately and would really like some opinions. My symptoms are: widespread joint pain (sometimes very severe, especially in knees and elbows), muscles spasms/twitching, severe depression & anxiety, fatigue (or laziness, I'm not sure, but I'm going with fatigue for now), trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, extreme reactions to hot and cold, restless legs syndrome, occasional trouble in urinating/emptying bladder, and concentration issues. Some of these symptoms I've had for years so I've never added them up, I've just treated everything by itself as it developed, but with my pain getting worse and worse I thought I should definitely consider this. So, please, if you've had experience with fibromyalgia or are just very familiar with it, I'd love your input!!

My 3 1/2 year old is deadly afraid of anyone and anything that is dressed up in anyway. I mean spongebob, mickey mouse, pirates, train conductors. He will start crying mad, running away, screaming, sweatomg, and you can literally see terror in his eyes. by sprinting. running shorter distances going all out (multiple times) is a sure way to increase your speed. you don't need any equipment, just some tennis shoes. run 40 yards all out, take a few second break, then do it again. the more you do it the less break you'll need, and most importantly the faster you will get. make sure you stretch properly.

I was in an accident when I was 16 and just recently joined the AF and could not remember the amount of the ticket I got or anything, I asked my recruiter and he just told me to put down what I could remember. I think I just put that I got a ticket and about what time (the date) it was. they'll find it when they do the background check, the important thing is to list it so they dont think you were trying to hide it or anything.

And he cried....cried all night....5 hours straight...and I know it was genuine. I hate this! He keeps telling me he doesn't love me, I try to keep getting the truth out of him and he hurts me more and when I get mad, he acts like this and I feel like a worm! BTW I know he cried out of self pity....kept repeating that I don't trust him at all....or is it just that since he says he doesn't love me I try to detach from everything he says? Try to watch the movie SAW 1-5, it's really a good thriller movie to watch..it will make you think. It's a surprisingly strong story that was full of twists and turns that would make any mystery fan happy, and a fairly solid cast of actors that didn’t consist of fresh-faced teenagers that barely have any acting experience. Watching “Saw” for a second time, I feel it was a much better horror movie than I initially believed it to be, and was also an adequate mystery thriller that set itself apart from most thriller/horror films by actually having a decent story and not relying on some supernatural killer, that for some unknown reason audiences are intrigued by, to propel the movie forward. In fact, you barely even see the killer in this movie, which is even more surprising for a thriller/horror film these days, having a modern thriller/horror film that actually leaves its killer shrouded in mystery is unheard of, and was very much appreciated here.

A lot of people tend to not care or pay as much attention in high school and then realize it later in life. A transcript is very important to transfer. If you are worried about them not accepting you because of your high school record, I wouldn't worry about it so much. Since you have already shown your knowledge, drive, and will-power at your current college, it shouldn't be a huge deal and I would be very surprised if you weren't accepted. You'll do fine. This is one of the toughest comparsions i've ever come across because i consider both men to be among the best in their respective time periods but i'm going to make an attempt to break it down. Benoit and Danielson are pretty much equal in every aspect, but i'm giving this one to Benoit by a thin margin. Reason being when Benoit came to WWE and a lot of his trademark offense was limited he was still producing outstanding bouts. What can i do to get my 4 1/2 month old baby to sleep through the night?

My little guy wakes up so much i'm losing my mind. He goes to bed early and the first few times he sleeps for 3 hours at a time, then by between 1 and 3 am he has been waking up every 1/2 hour to 1 hour. Urban Planning vs Landscape architecture?

I am an urban planning major in college. Does anyone have any suggestion on whether should peruse a masters in urban planning, a masters in landscape architecture, or a dual degree program (MURP and MLA)?

ITV's coverage has absolutely knocked the head off BBC's old coverage. It is superb. BBC have one helluva lot to do to even begin to compete with what ITV have done. ITV has been dynamic, innovative and exciting. I fear the BBC will look very amateurish in comparison. Their sports presentation is typically very old fashioned and dull. And as for no advert breaks - big deal. When was the last time you missed anything exciting in the advert breaks anyway? And if anything does happen they show it immediately after the break. So you may not see it in ''real time'' but so what? Half the time the race camera director misses the best action anyway and you have to wait for the replay. And over the course of a 2 hour race you need a few breaks for a cuppa tea and a pee! ITV for me all the way any day of the week.

I need tips on a for sure weight loss diet.?

I'm 5'9" and it has been awhile since I had been on the scale. It runs in the gene pool to get unwanted fat areas, I don't want that. Really really REALLY cheap Sweet Sixteen/Going Away Party?

i bought the 13" macbook pro, and i only charged it 21 times, it said it should last 1000 times before the battery is weakened. it should last 7 hours, yet mine, at 100% only lasts 2.5-3. this is way too little. it should always get at least 5. btw i use all the settings to conserve energy, they dont help so much. still under 3 hours. my laptop is mint condition, practically new.

When people are asked about failed marriages, I'm always astounded by the adamant declaration that the other person is always entirely to blame. Whether the relationship lasted 2 or 20 years, whether it ended 2 or 20 years ago. It seems there is always only one person to blame for the breakup-- the other person. In each of the relationships I had before my husband, I take some blame for the break-ups. After all, it's very seldom just the fault of one person and there are always things you could've done better. Do all these people truly believe they were 100% victims in all these divorces? Because to my way of thinking, if you don't recognize your faults in these relationships you're destined to repeat the failure.

I just did an autopsy in such case, 6 years after a high velocity accident. The patient was obese and he had stage I hypertension. The only abnormality after accident was the positive QRS in V2 lead. Is it possible that such a small tear/weakening of the aorta wall was missed 6 years ago when the accident occurred? I will have a hard time to prove that.

I am a former chef an live in the downtown area, and have yet to find many of those you listed, now I go to Indian and Chinese places around town, in the north part of town there are a few Italian ones, but the other are not as easy to find or work out, as there food is not set up for a buffet, now some of them my in the social gathering or churches have pot luck lunches, and some of the hotels do have special occasion brunch buffet and some do a regular Sunday one.

My baby is allergic to everything, WHY?

My 19 moth old son, has always been very sick when it comes to having a cold, cough or just a plain runny nose. He started to have skin problems at around when he was about 5 mos. and shortly after he had full blown bleeding-eczema. He was getting staff infections from his open eczema patches. He is also a small baby and gets stomach bugs all the time. i always felt that he was a wheezier but the doctors reured me he was okay just a little congested. Around 9 mos. he was having sporadic allergic break out from Random things. Now he has trouble speaking because he cant hear that well because he has fluid in his inner ear. After a resent allergy test he was found to be allergic to everything. I am devastated and hopeless and so frustrated and worried. my husband is away to Afghanistan for a whole year and i also have a 3 year old who is as healthy as an OX. I have spent the last year and a half in the hospital/ doctors offices for breathing problems, sever staff infections, eczema, stomach bugs, yaou name it. Yet, with no resolution to his problems or any reason for why! I have done so much and dont know if there is anymore i can do, but i pray that someone knows what to do or anything that will help.
